Nassau County, Long Island, is excited to announce the first-ever “516 Day,” a celebration of local pride and community engagement. Named after the 516 area code, this special event will bring together residents, visitors, and businesses for a day filled with exclusive deals, local flavors, and festive promotions, all designed to highlight the vibrant spirit of Nassau County.
Nassau County, Long Island – Nassau County, Long Island is proud to introduce “516 Day,” a one-day celebration of the Nassau County community. Named after the county’s iconic area code, the event is designed to bring residents and visitors together for a day of exclusive deals from local businesses, social promotions, and great local flavors.
In an effort to drive community engagement, businesses across Nassau County were invited to participate by offering a 516-themed promotion to attract new customers and celebrate the county and its diverse businesses and residents.
Customers will be able to take advantage of numerous special discounts, signature items, and alternative creative promotions from local businesses. The initiative aims to support and promote Nassau County’s dynamic business landscape by driving greater visibility and engagement through official county-led marketing efforts. Businesses recognized as participants in “516 Day” will be featured on NassauCountyTourism.com and @visitnassaucountyli.
“516 Day” is set to drive local engagement, supporting the community through a county-wide initiative that encourages shopping, dining, and the exploration of Nassau County.
